One of the biggest reasons to visit Edinburgh is to look back at the past and explore the incredible historical landmarks and attractions. The old town where our apartments are located is the birthplace of the famous wizard and you can easily explore the area by foot so why not take a tour of the area and learn more about how Harry Potter came to be.

Whilst Starbucks and other big coffee chains have a strong presence in Edinburgh we are fortunate enough to have a thriving artisan coffee scene the length and breadth of the city too. If you are staying in Edinburgh in one of our apartments for a long weekend or a week or two, make it a mission to try at least one of Edinburgh’s independent coffee shops. We are biased but we think Edinburgh is one of the best cities in the world for having a hen party; great nightlife, bars and restaurants and plenty to do during the day make it an excellent choice for that all important pre-wedding weekend.
